As the data controller, APG Investment Danışmanlık Anonim Şirketi (“Company”), requests your explicit consent for the processing and/or transfer of your personal data under the conditions specified in the relevant articles of the GDPR and the KVKK.

By approving this text, I acknowledge that I am giving my explicit consent to the processing of my personal data under the “Glokey WhatsApp Communication Clarification Text Regarding the Protection of Personal Data” available on the Company’s website, as well as the sharing of my personal data with domestic and international business partners involved in the cooperation or services received. I also acknowledge that my personal data may be transferred abroad under the conditions specified in the KVKK and GDPR, where the email contact addresses sent to the relevant individuals are stored in data centers located abroad, and the infrastructure of business partners and online communication applications are based abroad.
I am aware that I can withdraw my explicit consent at any time, and that if I do so, it will only affect future actions. I understand that all activities performed based on my explicit consent will be stopped as soon as my withdrawal notice reaches the Company, and that my personal data will no longer be processed for the purposes mentioned above.
