Property rental with a minimum annual rent of €14,000 in Malta for a minimum of 5 years (totalling up to €70,000); as well as payment of non-refundable administration fee of €60,000; government contribution of €37,000; and €2,000 donation to an approved Maltese NGO.

 

Option 2: Property Acquisition – €474,000

Property purchase with a minimum of €375,000 in Malta; as well as payment of non-refundable administration fee of €60,000; government contribution of €37,000; and €2,000 donation to an approved Maltese NGO.
